Open the Velcro on the long end of the armbrace and remove stays. Arm brace is then machine washable in cold water.
Tumble dry on low heat. If you decide to freshen up the arm brace with a cool iron be careful of touching the Velcro with the iron. Velcro could melt and stick to your iron.
Add stays back to the arm brace and close.

Measure around the elbow joint with the arm extended
